At 3Hatz India Pvt. Ltd., we believe in flexibility — especially for Gulf buyers who are sourcing from India for the first time or want to test product quality before committing to large orders. We do not impose a rigid minimum order quantity (MOQ) for all product categories, though practical logistics considerations do apply.
For LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments, we can accommodate small trial orders across most product categories. A typical minimum for an LCL shipment is around 1–3 cubic metres (CBM) of cargo, which allows buyers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Muscat, and other Gulf cities to import a sample commercial quantity without committing to a full container.
For FCL (Full Container Load) orders, the practical minimum is one 20-foot container — which holds approximately 25–28 tonnes of general cargo or 25–33 CBM of volume cargo, depending on the product density. A 20ft FCL is the most common container size for India-Gulf trade and is used for orders of basmati rice, steel, chemicals, food commodities, machinery, and other bulk goods.
For specific high-value or custom-manufactured products — such as branded industrial equipment, custom textile orders, or specialized engineering components — MOQ may be defined at the product level by the Indian manufacturer.
We actively encourage Gulf importers to start with a trial LCL shipment, review the product quality through our pre-shipment inspection process, and then scale to FCL or regular container orders. Our goal is to build long-term supply relationships — not just one-time transactions. Contact our trade team to discuss your specific product and quantity requirements.
