Does 3Hatz conduct pre-shipment quality inspection for Indian export goods?

Yes, pre-shipment quality inspection is a standard part of 3Hatz India Pvt. Ltd.’s export process — and it is one of the key reasons Gulf importers trust us as their preferred Indian export partner for shipments to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha, and other Gulf cities.

Quality risk is one of the primary concerns for Gulf buyers import from India. Without a trusted inspection process, buyers risk receiving goods that don’t match specifications, have incorrect quantities, or fail to meet destination-country compliance standards. At 3Hatz, we eliminate this risk through a structured pre-shipment inspection protocol.

Our inspection process includes factory audits of the supplier facility to verify production capability and quality systems, pre-production material verification to confirm raw material quality, in-line production checks during manufacturing, and final pre-shipment inspection of finished goods before loading — covering quantity verification, visual inspection, dimension checks, labelling and packaging compliance, and functional testing where applicable.

For regulated categories — such as food products going to Saudi Arabia (requiring SABER and SFDA compliance) or electronics going to UAE (requiring ESMA/ECAS conformity) — our inspection process also verifies that all required certification marks are correctly applied and documentation is complete.

After inspection, we provide a detailed Quality Inspection Report (QIR) that Gulf importers can review before confirming shipment release. If any defects or discrepancies are found, we coordinate with the Indian supplier to resolve them before the goods leave Indian shores — protecting Gulf buyers from costly returns and customs complications.
